Each calendar year, TSP program participants must submit a completed Medical Release Form. Please have it signed by your current Health Care Provider and then bring the signed form with you to any TSP program of your choice or mail it to:

Walk to Run
Every Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 p.m.
Monday evening at 5:30 p.m. @ The Field House--next to Thunder Mountain High School.
Wednesday evening at 5:30 p.m. @ the Alaska Club Downtown.

We will be walking outside so please dress accordingly. Bring water and bug dope as needed.

The Walking to Run program is designed to help participants keep active during treatment, recover from treatment, get started in a fitness program, and to maintain a fitness level year round.

Yoga
Every Saturday, 10:00 a.m.
Bartlett Regional Hospital Administration Building Classroom. This class is designed for beginners to the experienced, and is based on your individual stretching and strengthening needs.

We have three trained instructors (Jayme, Nancy, and Pat) that will lead you through stretches designed to help participants during and after cancer treatment or just want to get started in a fitness program.

2011 Klondike Road Relay
Friday/Saturday, September 9-10
July 15 is the deadline to let TSP know you are definitely going to participate on one of this year's walking teams. We have had enough interest that we should have 4 walking teams! Please make your FINAL commitment to us by July 15 so we can make final ferry and hotel reservations.

The registration for 2011 Klondike Road Relay is officially open. Registering prior to Friday July 22, means we will receive an Early Bird Discount. So it is important that we finalize who is going to participate by the deadline.
